When you have an exam, do you study at the last minute or do you begin studying the day the teacher announces the exam?
Do you think leaving it for later is a good decision? Of course not! It’s not good to put things off until the last minute because you may not have enough time, or another test may come up and things could get complicated.
You may have heard a saying that goes, «Don’t leave for tomorrow what can be done today.» Do you know what it means? This saying tells us not to be lazy, to get our tasks done today—even right now—and not to leave things for later.
Although you can’t change what you did yesterday, nor do you know what will happen tomorrow, it is important that you do things well today, and that you make good decisions.
Every decision you make today will change your future. That’s why Jesus encourages us to accept His salvation today.
Today you have the opportunity to accept Jesus as your Savior, so don’t leave it for tomorrow. Accept today, right now, the salvation of Jesus. Did you know that it is the most important decision of your life? Don’t leave it for later.
Jesus is waiting for you to accept Him as your Savior, because He loves you and wants you to be happy every day of your life until eternity
Write your decision to accept Jesus today as your Savior in your Prayer Journal.
